Inquiry - Term Two
HOOK
Mrs Peck wrote us a letter today. She has issued us with a challenge. On the 11th of June we will be having a Cultural Day at school. Mrs Peck would like us to make something to share on Cultural Day about our family's culture. However, there is a twist. We need to share our culture through The Arts! Yikes! That's going to be hard!
WONDER
We spent some time with our Whanau teachers today, WONDERING what we need to find out as part of this Inquiry and the challenge that Mrs Peck has set for us.

REFLECT AND ACT
We have enjoyed exploring the different aspects of The Arts over the last few weeks. Now it is time to ACT. First we needed to REFLECT. We had a think about what we know and what we need to find out to achieve our goal. We need to think of a way that we can share our culture through The Arts.

REFLECT
We spent some time going over the letter Mrs Peck sent us. We needed to make the Success Criteria.
We broke into four different groups and we went over what we thought the Success Criteria could be.
Mrs Lunn then compiled our ideas into this table.
We will use this when we are working on our ACT.
