Perseverance

What does perseverance look like in a classroom? Trying something new and not giving up until you have mastered the task. This is something really difficult to do and it is much easier to stop and give up.

Well, today I got to watch both Quinn and Harlem try a new task - kicking the ball whilst under water. They couldn't do it at first, but they kept on going until they had success. You can only see 4 videos here but I can assure you that there were MANY MANY attempts and out takes lol

I am very proud of how these boys pushed themselves today! Ka mau te wehi korua!!
