Our License Level system is based on our Nga Matapono beliefs. We earn pins for each area of Nga Matapono: Creative, Competent, Self Manager and for being an Effective communicator. In our classroom, the teachers have broken each belief down into four indicators. Today we investigated what each indicator means and what actions we could take to be awarded a pin in that area.
The teachers will then go through our ideas and we will come up with a few examples of what we could do for each to earn a pin.
