For Maths on a Friday, we have started doing what is called a Rich Task. This is a special type of Maths activity that involves problem solving and there are often many different ways to solve the problem.
Our first Rich Task was to find a way through the maze of numbers, where all the numbers on the path we went through, added up to 100. It was pretty tricky!
Then the teachers challenged us to find the way through the maze with the path that added to the BIGGEST amount and then go through the maze a third time adding the numbers to the smallest amount.
Tell us in the comments how you did kids.
Look at these thoughtful and happy faces!
